Google Review Link Generator & QR Code Generator
Create the direct link and the QR code that take your customers straight to your Google review form. Use the link in a text or an email; print the QR code. It's free, no sign-up, and nothing is stored: everything happens in your own browser.
Your review link
We don't send or store any data. Everything happens in your browser.
How to find your Place ID (or your review link)
You have three ways, from the quickest to the most manual. With any of them, paste the result above and the tool does the rest.
From your Business Profile
Search for your business on Google while you manage its profile and tap "Get more reviews". Google gives you a short g.page link, ready to paste.
From Google Maps
On a computer, open your business in Google Maps and copy the full URL from the address bar (it contains a long data=…!1s0x… part). Don't use the short link from the "Share" button: we can't read that one.
With Google's Place ID finder
Use Google's official Place ID Finder, search for your business, and copy the Place ID that starts with ChIJ.
Where to use your Google review link
The link covers everything you don't print. One tap and your customer is already writing the review, with no searching for you on Google and no wandering around Maps.
By text or WhatsApp
This is the one that works best. Send it the same day, while the visit is still fresh: "Thanks for coming in — if you enjoyed it, a quick review helps us a lot."
In your follow-up email
In the confirmation email, the "your order has arrived" email, or the invoice. One button with the link and one line of text, nothing more.
In your email signature
One fixed line at the bottom of every email you send. Nobody minds it, and it works away on its own all year.
In your social media bio
As the link in your Instagram or Facebook bio, or in a highlight. Anyone looking you up there already knows you.

Where to put your QR code
The easier you make it for the customer, the more reviews you'll get. Print it at 3 cm or larger, with white margin around it.
Table tent
In the middle of the table or on the counter, with a short line: "Enjoyed it? Scan and tell us".
Receipt and invoice
Print the QR at the bottom of the receipt or invoice, when the customer is happy and has just paid.
Counter and till
A sticker by the till is seen by everyone on their way out. It's the best spot for busy, high-traffic businesses.
Delivery bags
If you deliver, a sticker on the bag brings the review request right to the customer's door.
How to ask for the review
- Ask at the right moment: right after good service, not days later.
- Ask everyone equally, not just the people you think will give you five stars.
- Explain in one line that it takes 20 seconds and helps you a lot.
What not to do
- Don't screen customers so only the happy ones leave a review: Google forbids it.
- Don't offer discounts or gifts in exchange for a review. It can get you penalized.
- Don't buy reviews or write them yourself: it can cost you your entire listing.

Analytee does the follow-up for you
The QR is great, but what fills your listing with reviews is the follow-up. Analytee asks for the review by WhatsApp and SMS after each visit, replies with AI, and monitors your reputation. From $19/month.
